2. Pricing
Website prices are presented clearly with VAT information. Formal quotations are available for specific configurations, multiple units and organisational purchasing requirements.
3. Availability
Estimated lead times are shown on the relevant product page or confirmed directly. If availability changes materially after an order is placed, we will contact you.
4. Delivery
Orders are sent using an appropriate tracked and insured delivery service. A signature or other proof of delivery will normally be required.

Some equipment is delivered directly by the manufacturer, distributor or an approved fulfilment partner.
This reduces unnecessary handling and allows equipment to travel from the appropriate supply location to the customer without first being transferred through an additional warehouse.
A direct shipment may arrive in manufacturer-branded packaging and may originate outside the United Kingdom. For standard UK orders, Corey Technical arranges and pays the applicable import VAT, customs-clearance costs and duties arising from our fulfilment arrangements.
You should not receive an unexpected import bill.
