Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched free of charge from within the UK using a tracked courier service.

Delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically takes 1–5 working days, subject to product availability. If the selected camera or lens configuration is not immediately available, we will confirm the expected delivery window before dispatch.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched. If the equipment is required by a particular date, please contact Corey Technical before ordering so we can provide an honest availability and delivery estimate.

As Testo products are supplied from within the UK, there are no customs charges or import bills to pay on delivery.

Returns

Contact Corey Technical before returning any product so we can authorise the return, confirm the correct address and ensure it is handled as efficiently as possible. Products must not be sent directly to Corey Technical, or to Testo without written return authorisation from us.

Change-of-mind and other non-fault returns may be requested within 60 calendar days of delivery. Products must be returned complete, unmarked and undamaged, in a resalable condition and with all original packaging, accessories and documentation.

If you believe the product is faulty, damaged or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible. Corey Technical will coordinate the appropriate assessment and, where applicable, arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Consumer cancellation rights and statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable goods remain unaffected.

We aim to make returns straightforward and low-friction, with clear communication throughout to help minimise disruption and downtime.

Faults and warranty

Every Testo 883-2 supplied by Corey Technical includes a two-year manufacturer warranty.

This can be extended to three years at no additional cost by registering the camera with Testo within 30 days of purchase. Registration must be completed by the customer within this period for the additional year of cover to apply.

If a fault develops during the applicable warranty period, contact hello@coreytechnical.co.uk with your order number, product serial number, a description of the issue and any supporting photographs or video.

Corey Technical will manage the process with Testo on your behalf, including assessment and repair or replacement where covered by the warranty. We will explain the next steps clearly and keep you updated throughout the process.

All returns, warranty assessments, repairs and replacements must be authorised in advance to ensure safe transit and the most efficient possible resolution.

Standalone operation

The Testo 883-2 operates as a standalone professional thermal imaging camera. A computer or mobile device is not required to capture, review, analyse or store thermal images during an inspection.

Analysis and reporting software

Testo IRSoft for Windows is included at no additional cost. It provides detailed thermal-image analysis, measurement adjustment and professional report creation.

Testo IRSoft is available for Windows. Mac users can use the Testo Thermography App on a compatible iPhone or iPad for mobile image transfer, analysis and reporting. Full IRSoft desktop functionality requires access to Windows.

Testo SiteRecognition helps organise repeat inspections by automatically assigning thermal images to the correct measurement location, reducing manual image sorting across large numbers of similar assets.

Mobile connectivity

The free Testo Thermography App for iOS and Android provides live viewing, remote camera control and wireless image transfer. Thermal images can be reviewed, annotated and used to create concise reports while still on site.

Choose the standard configuration if most of your work involves rooms, walls, windows, floors, heating systems and other large targets that can be inspected at close range. Choose the dual-lens kit if you also need to inspect elevated, inaccessible or more distant targets. It adds a 12° × 9° telephoto lens, spare rechargeable battery and desktop charging station.

The Testo 883 supports interchangeable lenses, but compatibility and any calibration requirements should be confirmed before purchasing a separate or replacement lens.
