Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched, for free, directly from Guide Sensmart in China using DHL or UPS. Tracking is provided and a signature is required on delivery.
Where the camera is already available with the selected lens configuration fitted and calibrated, Guide will dispatch it within three working days of payment. Shipping from China to the UK then takes approximately 5 days.
Where the camera and lens are available separately but require configuration and calibration, the preparation lead time is approximately 30 days before shipment. If the required lens is not in stock, the combined production and calibration lead time may be up to 60 days.
The expected delivery window will be confirmed for your selected configuration.
Import charges
Corey Technical covers import VAT, customs clearance and related import costs. You will not receive an additional import bill on delivery.
Returns
Contact Corey Technical before returning any product so we can ensure the correct process is followed and your return is handled as quickly as possible. Products must not be sent directly to Guide Sensmart without written return authorisation from us.
Change-of-mind and other non-fault returns may be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery. Products must be returned complete with all supplied packaging, accessories and documentation, and must not have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.
If you believe the product has a manufacturing fault, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Corey Technical will arrange the appropriate return, refund or replacement.
After this 14-day return period, faults affecting business purchases will be handled under the applicable manufacturer-backed warranty. Consumer cancellation rights and statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable goods remain unaffected.
We aim to make returns as straightforward and low-friction as possible, and our team will guide you through each step to minimise downtime.

If a fault develops during the applicable warranty period, please contact hello@coreytechnical.co.uk with your order number, product serial number, a description of the issue and any supporting photographs or video. We will respond promptly and coordinate the next steps on your behalf.
Corey Technical manages the warranty process directly with Guide Sensmart, including assessment, repair or replacement where applicable. Once an authorised unit is received by Guide, eligible repairs or replacements are normally returned within seven working days. If a repair is expected to take longer, an estimated timescale will be provided within three working days.
All returns, repairs and replacements must be authorised in advance so we can ensure safe transit and the most efficient possible resolution.
Standalone operation
The H3+S operates as a standalone thermal imaging camera. A computer or mobile app is not required to capture, analyse or store thermal images during an inspection.
Analysis and reporting software
Guide ThermoTools for Windows and the FocusIR app for iOS and Android are available at no additional charge, with no ongoing subscription.
ThermoTools supports detailed thermal-image analysis and report preparation. FocusIR supports compatible mobile viewing, image transfer and analysis workflows.

Is the H3+S right for your work?
The H3+S is the professional all-rounder in Guide's Hammer II range. Its 384 × 288 infrared detector, 15 mK thermal sensitivity and confirmed 50 Hz frame rate provide detailed, responsive thermal imaging across electrical, mechanical, HVAC and building inspections. Choose the right lens configuration
Lens choice determines how much of the scene is visible and how many detector pixels are placed on the target at a given distance. Wider lenses show more of nearby scenes, while narrower lenses provide more spatial detail on smaller or more distant targets. No single configuration is best for every application.

Consideration: It does not provide more spatial detail than the ordinary Standard 25° lens.

The H3+S is the professional all-rounder in the Hammer II range. Its 384 × 288 native infrared detector, 15mK thermal sensitivity and interchangeable lenses suit electrical, mechanical, HVAC, building and general industrial inspections.
Consider the H4S or H6S if small or distant targets make up a large part of your work, you regularly need greater cropping flexibility, or maximum native thermal-image detail is a priority.

The 25° Standard lens is the most balanced general-purpose option. Wider 44° coverage suits large nearby targets and confined spaces, while the 15° and 7° telephoto options place progressively more detector pixels on smaller or more distant targets. The Macro lens is designed for very small components at a fixed close working distance.

Yes. The H3+S uses interchangeable infrared lenses, but the camera and lens must be correctly configured and calibrated together for accurate measurement.

With its standard lens configurations, the H3+S provides measurement ranges of −40°C to 150°C and 0°C to 650°C, together covering −40°C to 650°C.
RangeMax wide-temperature configurations extend the upper measurement capability to 2,000°C. These specialist lenses are only necessary when target temperatures may exceed 650°C.
The H3+S contains a native 384 × 288 infrared detector. These are the physical detector measurements captured by the camera.
ApexVision super-resolution can generate enhanced output up to 768 × 576 for review and reporting. This improves presentation and visible detail, but it should not be treated as equivalent to a native 768 × 576 detector. For consistently small or distant targets, lens selection and native detector resolution remain important.
No. The H3+S operates as a complete standalone thermal camera, allowing images and video to be captured, reviewed and stored directly on the device.
Guide ThermoTools for Windows supports more detailed analysis and report preparation, while the FocusIR app supports compatible mobile viewing, transfer and analysis workflows. Both Thermotools and FocusIR are free to use. No ongoing subscription is required to operate the camera.
Yes. All Guide's thermal cameras and lens configurations available at Corey Technical are prepared by Guide Sensmart and supplied with a manufacturer calibration certificate.
The H3+S will arrive with a calibration certificate and inspection report, along with the batteries, charger, cables, SD card, carrying case and other standard accessories. It is supplied ready for professional thermal inspection.
This is the manufacturer’s calibration documentation. If your contracts or quality procedures require a particular accredited or UKAS-traceable calibration service, contact Corey Technical before ordering so the requirement can be checked and quoted separately.
