Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched free of charge from within the UK using a tracked courier service.

Delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically takes 1–5 working days, subject to product availability. If the Ti401U or a selected lens is not immediately available, we will confirm the expected delivery window before dispatch.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. If you need the camera by a particular date, please contact Corey Technical before ordering so we can provide an honest availability and delivery estimate.

As the equipment is supplied from within the UK, there are no customs charges or import bills to pay on delivery.

Returns

Contact Corey Technical before returning any product so we can authorise the return, confirm the correct address and ensure it is handled as efficiently as possible. Products must not be sent directly to Corey Technical or Fluke without written return authorisation from us.

Change-of-mind and other non-fault returns may be requested within 60 calendar days of delivery. Products must be returned complete, unmarked and undamaged, in a resalable condition and with all original packaging, accessories and documentation.

If you believe the product is faulty, damaged or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible. Corey Technical will coordinate the appropriate assessment and, where applicable, arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Consumer cancellation rights and statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable goods remain unaffected.

We aim to make returns straightforward, with clear communication throughout to help minimise disruption and downtime.

Faults and warranty

Every Fluke Ti401U supplied by Corey Technical includes a two-year manufacturer warranty.

If a fault develops during the warranty period, contact hello@coreytechnical.co.uk with your order number, product serial number, a description of the issue and any supporting photographs or video.

Corey Technical will manage the process on your behalf, including assessment and repair or replacement where covered by the warranty. We will explain the next steps clearly and keep you updated throughout the process.

All returns, warranty assessments, repairs and replacements must be authorised in advance to ensure safe transit and the most efficient possible resolution.

Standalone operation

The Ti401U operates as a standalone thermal imaging camera. You can capture, review, analyse and store thermal images during an inspection without a computer or mobile app. The Ti401U does not support video recording.

Analysis and reporting software

Fluke SmartView IR software is available for PC at no additional charge. It supports detailed thermal image analysis, radiometric video analysis and professional report creation.

Is the Ti401U right for your work?

The Ti401U is the 640 × 480 detail-focused model in Fluke’s Ultra Series. It is designed for professionals who regularly inspect smaller components, work further from the target or need enough native resolution to crop an image without losing important thermal evidence.

Its 307,200 temperature-measurement pixels provide almost three times the native pixel count of the Ti300U. This makes the Ti401U particularly valuable when inspecting dense switchgear, elevated connections, guarded machinery and other assets that cannot always be approached closely. UltraFocus helps secure a sharp image quickly, while the −20°C to 650°C measurement range covers most electrical, mechanical, HVAC and building-maintenance work.

The Ti401U is suited to professionals who need detailed 640 × 480 thermal images for electrical, mechanical, HVAC and building-services inspections. Its higher native resolution and 0.68 mrad spatial resolution make it particularly useful when inspecting smaller components, working from greater distances or producing detailed reports.

Choose the Ti300U if your work is mainly routine inspection at closer distances. Consider the Ti480U if detecting finer temperature differences, measuring temperatures above 650°C or producing SuperResolution images is important.

The standard 25° × 19° lens is the best all-round option for mixed electrical, mechanical and building-services inspections.

Choose the 44° × 34° wide-angle lens when working close to large targets or inside confined spaces. The 12° × 9° 2× telephoto lens is better for smaller or more distant components, while the 7° × 5° 4× telephoto lens is intended for specialised long-distance inspection.

Yes. The Ti401U accepts Fluke’s compatible wide-angle, 2× telephoto and 4× telephoto lenses, so additional lenses can be purchased as your inspection requirements change. The camera automatically recognises the fitted lens.

The Ti401U measures temperatures from −20°C to 650°C across two measurement ranges: −20°C to 120°C and 0°C to 650°C. This covers most electrical, mechanical, HVAC and building-diagnostic applications.

For applications above 650°C, consider the Ti480U, which extends the upper measurement limit to 1,200°C.

The Ti401U has a native infrared resolution of 640 × 480 pixels, providing 307,200 temperature-measurement points in every thermal image. With the standard lens, it delivers 0.68 mrad spatial resolution for resolving smaller targets and capturing greater inspection detail.

A 13-megapixel visible-light camera and adjustable IR-Fusion blending help connect thermal findings with recognisable equipment detail.

No. The Ti401U can capture, review and analyse thermal images directly on the camera without being connected to a computer or requiring a subscription.

Fluke SmartView IR software can be used on a compatible PC when you want to examine saved images in greater detail, adjust measurements and prepare professional reports.

The Ti401U is supplied ready for professional use and includes Fluke’s detection report. Measurement settings such as emissivity, reflected temperature, ambient temperature, humidity, distance and IR-window transmission can be adjusted for the application.

Fluke recommends a two-year calibration interval. If your quality system requires a particular form of traceable calibration certification, please confirm this with us before ordering.

The expected delivery time depends on current stock and your selected lens configuration. The estimated lead time will be shown or confirmed before your order is processed.

You will not receive a separate import-duty or customs invoice. The price charged by Corey Technical covers the agreed supply of your order to its UK delivery address.

In-stock camera and lens configurations are normally delivered within 1–5 working days. Configurations that are not currently in stock can take up to six weeks. UK customers will not receive a separate import or customs bill.
