Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched free of charge from within the UK using a tracked courier service.

Delivery to most UK mainland addresses typically takes 1–5 working days, subject to product availability. If the Ti300U or a selected lens is not immediately available, we will confirm the expected delivery window before dispatch.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. If you need the camera by a particular date, please contact Corey Technical before ordering so we can provide an honest availability and delivery estimate.

As the equipment is supplied from within the UK, there are no customs charges or import bills to pay on delivery.

Returns

Contact Corey Technical before returning any product so we can authorise the return, confirm the correct address and ensure it is handled as efficiently as possible. Products must not be sent directly to Corey Technical or Fluke without written return authorisation from us.

Change-of-mind and other non-fault returns may be requested within 60 calendar days of delivery. Products must be returned complete, unmarked and undamaged, in a resalable condition and with all original packaging, accessories and documentation.

If you believe the product is faulty, damaged or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible. Corey Technical will coordinate the appropriate assessment and, where applicable, arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Consumer cancellation rights and statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable goods remain unaffected.

We aim to make returns straightforward, with clear communication throughout to help minimise disruption and downtime.

Faults and warranty

Every Fluke Ti300U supplied by Corey Technical includes a two-year manufacturer warranty.

If a fault develops during the warranty period, contact hello@coreytechnical.co.uk with your order number, product serial number, a description of the issue and any supporting photographs or video.

Corey Technical will manage the process on your behalf, including assessment and repair or replacement where covered by the warranty. We will explain the next steps clearly and keep you updated throughout the process.

All returns, warranty assessments, repairs and replacements must be authorised in advance to ensure safe transit and the most efficient possible resolution.

Standalone operation

The Ti300U operates as a standalone thermal imaging camera. You can capture, review, edit and store thermal images, as well as record, save and play back thermal video directly on the camera without a computer or mobile app.

Analysis and reporting software

Fluke SmartView IR software is available for PC at no additional charge. It supports detailed thermal image analysis, radiometric video analysis and professional report creation.

Is the Ti300U right for your work?

The Ti300U is the 384 × 288 infrared model in Fluke’s Ultra Series. It is suited to professionals who need a dependable camera for regular electrical, mechanical, HVAC and building inspections, where the target can usually be viewed at a close to moderate working distance.

Its UltraFocus system helps bring equipment into focus quickly, while the −20 °C to 650 °C measurement range covers a broad range of maintenance tasks. You can review findings on the camera during an inspection, then use Fluke SmartView IR on a PC for further analysis and reporting. Optional wide-angle and telephoto lenses give you flexibility when the standard view does not suit the target.

The supplied 25° × 19° standard lens is the best all-round option. Choose the wide-angle lens for large nearby targets, the 2× telephoto for smaller or more distant components, or the 4× telephoto for specialist long-distance inspections.

Yes. The Ti300U supports standard, wide-angle, 2× telephoto and 4× telephoto lenses, allowing you to add compatible lenses as your inspection requirements change.

The Ti300U measures temperatures from −20°C to 650°C. This range applies across the four compatible lens options.

The camera has a native infrared resolution of 384 × 288, providing 110,592 temperature-measurement pixels. The Ti300U does not use software-generated SuperResolution.

No. Images and radiometric video can be captured, reviewed and stored directly on the camera. SmartView IR for Windows is available for more detailed analysis and reporting, while SmartView Mobile for iOS supports compatible mobile workflows.

The camera is supplied ready to use. A traceable calibration certificate should not be assumed unless specifically listed, so please contact us before ordering if your quality system requires documented calibration.

In-stock camera and lens configurations are normally delivered within 1–5 working days. Configurations that are not currently in stock can take up to six weeks. UK customers will not receive a separate import or customs bill.
